Had the opportunity to work with James and his crew during the unprecedented freeze in February. A neighbor recommended Distinctive Renovations and I was delighted that they responded so quickly and began to repair my frozen pipes, removed debris from a ceiling that collapsed being mindful of our health and safety. James explained in detail what needed to be done and actively worked with my insurance adjusters to make sure every item was correctly addressed. I wish there were more contractors with the workmanship and thoroughness that this company brought to the table. They were professional, courteous and thorough. James and his crew did an outstanding job at my business! Our business had extensive water damage from a broken pipe over a weekend and James and his crew did the repairs. He responded to our needs immediately and had a crew on the job the moment it was dry enough to proceed. He worked with our insurance company to provide everything needed to make the building look better than it did before the damage. His crew was timely, professional, and COVID considerate. They cleaned up each day and completed the job in record time. They worked around us so we didn't have to close our business. James and his wonderful crew came out and transformed the outside of our home in the matter of a week! Everything was handled very professionally, and in a timely organized manner. James and his crew are courteous, paint fabulously and do a great cleanup job after they finish their work. We couldn’t be happier.
