Anna from Ditch Witch Alaska is nothing short of amazing. She contacted me immediately after I placed an order in Hawaii, sent me her contact information, followed up, and even jumped in to help me double check that the parts ordered were the right ones for me. In just one day, after speaking with me on the phone, she forwarded the pictures that I sent her to their mechanic, had him call me, adjusted my invoice and resent it, collected and processed my payment, emailed my paid receipt and got my order shipped out. In one day!!! It was so refreshing to get someone so attentive, friendly and efficient to help me problem solve even though I was just placing a small parts order. Their mechanic was awesome as well!
