In response to Dittrich furs as far as monogramming it is so important to do so I do appreciate them asking questions the only way that someone would get offended of that is that they don’t know the fur business also there’s something that is being hidden prayerfully that’s not the case Dittrich furs is very professional excellent work ethics the customer service is great and personable to apply total satisfaction to Customers

My family has patronized this place for years. I called to simply acquire about monogram removal. The supervisor proceeds to speak on something that is totally not his business nor has any clue of the reasons of why I wanted monogram removal. I run a major corporate business and we would never ever out the gate speak on things that isn't our business until we obtained a relationship with the client. They need some serious training! Since I live downtown it's close but I'll take my service to Birmingham I went right over to wolverine Fur. And they asked NO questions! The took the monogram that said "POS" and put my signature on it! I don't need no long drawn out rap sheet. If I'm paying and I'm telling you what I want, and you provide those services, do it. Wolverine Fur in Eastern Market re did my monogram for 60
Confusion about shipping address, tracking number and responsiveness added complexity where there shouldn't have been any. Normally had great experiences with Dittrich ....this time it wasn't.
My fiancee' loved the atmosphere. Hopefully we'll get something from there. Amazing customer service and management
This is the best Fur store ever their courteous and very friendly .This shop has been downtown since I was a child and said one day and that came I'm so happy with all my services here please please go visit them they really cater to you wishes.
