Diversified is the friendliest and most helpful management company I’ve dealt with and am very happy over the last 3 months that they have taken over. I can get a hold of my manager directly through text and there is always someone returning my texts or questions within the same hour which is far better than waiting a day or sometimes a few days to get back a simple answer. I’ve spoken to Adrian, Jeremy, Richard and Victoria and they are all on the same page and I don’t need to rely just on my manager to get an answer. Whatever they are doing it should be taught to other companies because they understand the needs of communities and understand that communicating with all homeowners is important!

You helped me obtain a Condo Certificate for our mutual client, my borrower and your soon to be homeowner in your Association. This process is usually very tedious and the turn around time in normally 7-10 business days .. that can easily turn into 14 actual days. Thank you for your awesome service

We had another company I shall not name for 6 years and I was so frustrated as no one would ever respond or pick up the phone. Over the past 5 months we have hired Diversified and they always return mine and my neighbors’ calls within a couple of hours and when we text our manager Jeremy, he lets us know time he can get back to us. BEST service and so professional. We like their software and how easy it is to use with my cell!

I’ve been an owner in Corona Windwood for over 10 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jeremy. He’s a true gentleman who is doing his best to work with our community that has been without any good management before him for the entire 9 years. In his time here I have seen so much improvement and I am ashamed that Kim would start recruiting these bad reviews against a manager who we all know can only do what the Board of Directors asks of him. I have another property that is managed by one of the largest companies and it is absolutely impossible to even get a call back within a week. Jeremy answers my text messages and goes above and beyond in explaining to me any situation that arises.

We have been associated with Joanna for many, many years.
