I feel sad and embarrassed for all of the people born and raised in this area that have had to deal with this hospital. Who misses a big tumor on a CT that anyone can clearly see?... I can’t help but wonder where they find their staff because every time I have had to deal with them it’s like asking a nursery full of newborns to do their job and to do it right. I’m so thankful to know that there’s a great hospital where I’m from in Champaign, and I can’t wait to move back. Don’t take anyone you care about to this place.

Great service from them always. They listen. They care. However the lady at the gynecologist desk today around 1pm made my boyfriend leave but a woman walked in with her boyfriend and she let him walk right back. My boyfriend is young and he is mixed so he’s darker. The man she let walk through was a bigger white man. Regardless of her reason it is discrimination and I did not appreciate it what so ever. Yes there is a no visitors rule but none of the staff said anything and don’t seem to mind, and last time I brought my dad they made him leave the second we walked in the building downstairs. I would absolutely love to know why it is okay for her to treat people that way.

Went in with a leg fracture they overlooked and was screaming and vomiting in pain. They said I was drug seeking and I should try walking it out and taking 1 regular strength Tylenol. On the way home I passed out in pain. Pain control here is pretty bad Id say!

I tested for covid at this hospital. Yet they refuse to give me a physical copy of my positive covid test so that I can get it to my employer. Every time ive called to try to talk to somebody I get a different story of how to get the results and the woman with whom I spoke was being extremely rude like it was an inconvenience for her to have to talk to me. I do not recommend that you test at ksb if you are going to need paperwork. Poor service and very poor attitudes from staff.
