I'm not the biggest fan of Verizon itself but there's little choices in the area. But, every time I have had to go to this location for help, the staff has always greeted me as quickly as possible, everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and those that aren't well versed in a particular product have always made sure to go above and beyond to find the answer. I have never left disappointed or wondering about anything. They take the time to make sure you are taken care of 100% before you leave and are more than happy to answer anything and everything no matter how long it takes. Out of every Verizon store I have ever been to, I would hands down go out of my way to come here.

In December, my son-in-law and I stopped into the Dixon Verizon store to purchase some Christmas presents and we were greeted by Arnel. A big shout-out to ARNEL!! He was welcoming, friendly, highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Our transactions took quite a long time to process due to the nature of the purchases and Arnel stayed long after his shift was over to ensure our needs were met. Dixon needs folks like Arnel to represent our community. In fact, he needs to manage the Dixon Verizon store. It is this kind of integrity and strong work ethics you need representing Verizon's corporation. Great job hiring Arnel. Treat him right. Happy New Year!

One of the most humiliating experiences I've had with the mask mandate. Manager seems to take pride in treating customers like small children knowing we have to comply or they can deny us service for a necessity. This pseudo authority has gone to far.
