Incompetent staff it's such a chore just to get a refill for a simple blood pressure medication pray you never run out the last time it took a month for them to give my refill. If I could rate them at negative star I would

We needed this in the valley!!! My parents see a lot of doctors in Laredo. I’m so sick of waiting 4-6 hours to see a doctor. The best doctors I have found for them are in McAllen and a few in San Antonio that don’t treat them as numbers. Dr Laurel is the first doctor we have seen were the staff equals the quality of care the doctor gives my parents. She speaks fluent Spanish (so does her entire staff) and is both caring/kind to her patients. My ailing parents always come out feeling better by just “seeing” her because she cares that much. And the wait...what wait?. We never have to wait (in her gorgeous waiting room) anymore than 5-10minutes to be seen. We travel a little over an hour to see her but it is so worth the drive. Extremely grateful for Dr Laurel and staff:-)
Doctor Laurel is very attentive, she listens and analysis every detail. We don’t feel rush when we are there to see her. She explains what and why, in simple terms that we can understand. I strongly recommend Dr. Laurel, if you are looking for quality care, she is the one to see.
she saved my life and never had a doctor so patient and took the time and sat with me to figure out what was wrong with me and she even would give her cell phone number so u can text her if u had any questions and what healthy foods to eat. the diet she put me and the classes i attended to eat healthy really helped, they really worked in less than a month I lost 30 pounds. it's not a strict diet, it's how our great great grandparents use to eat healthy before junk food. Plus she has the most cleanest clinic ever. the best Doctor and best Staff Ever ! ! ! !
Excellent Physician's. Very friendly and attentive staff.
