Dr Bellman has seen me through an ovarian tumor, and 2 pregnancies as well as lots of other woman issues. Regardless of her patient load she still manages to make me feel like my issues and concerns are real and that she genuinely cares. I am so thankful for an open minded, kind, loving doctor who respects my religious convictions without judgment. She is a phenomenal surgeon but even better of a compassionate human, treating each of her patients as beautiful individuals. I can’t recommend her and her staff more! Often I have been subject to some longer than preferred wait times but that’s perfectly okay and understandable because, babies don’t work on a schedule! Any time I have to wait I just think, “oh! Maybe a new baby is being welcomed into the world right now!” And what a beautiful reason to wait!

Where do I begin? I scheduled an appointment more than a month in advance, and showed up to the appointment early to fill out new patient paperwork, still with minutes to spare before being called in. My boyfriend and I were the first to arrive, as we were one of if not THE first scheduled appointment(s). We were called into the patient room a few minutes after our scheduled appointment time, and waited for the doctor for more than 30 minutes (being half naked in the gown) . At the 30 minute mark, we asked the nurse if she could give us a better indication as to when we would be seen. She then informed us that the doctor was finishing up a surgery and there was no telling when she would be up to see us, and asked if we would like to reschedule. With an 8 hour drive ahead of us for the day, we walked out, beyond disappointed with the lack of communication, service, and professionalism at this clinic. No apologies were given, nor any sympathy.

I was a first time patient recently and my doctor was super lovely! This was after quite a long wait unfortunately QUITE! The lady on the other end of the phone however is very rude. She is the type of lady who makes a patient scared to call because she is waiting on the other end to be as cold and unhelpful as humanly possible. It takes a lot to move me to not want to do something but the less than lovely receptionist is a REAL problem. I assume its a receptionist bc this lady seems to always answer the phone, although I was lucky enough to not have to come in contact with her during my actual visit! Thank Goodness! I will continue to use this clinic bc The Doctor was very gentle and supportive. I will not give a good rating however bc I can't understand why this clinic would continue to employ someone who makes calling for an appt. or lab work a dreadful thing. First impressions are very important and so are all of the other impressions this lady gives.
