Terrible experience in this hospital. I had a hernia surgery scheduled on 10/29/20 with surgeon Guillermo Perez. I did all the previous exams and was scheduled at 6 am on an empty stomach for the surgery. We made arrangements, my wife and I prepared our work schedules. We arrived at the hospital at the appointed time and they transferred me to the waiting room. But it was not until 11.30 am in the morning that I investigated myself that I was not scheduled for surgery this day. They apologized, they offered me 10.00 for breakfast and a discount on the surgery that I did not accept. But they promised me that it would be scheduled again and that it would not happen again. I was scheduled again for surgery on October 15th. I redo all the tests that take 4 to 5 hours to do. But they called me on the 13th to tell me that again, they had a problem to do the surgery on the 15th. The same problem we had with a thyroid cancer surgery for my wife three months ago. It is unacceptable, disrespectful, and inhumane to be treated like merchandise, to have to pay the thousands of dollars it costs, and to have a minimum of respect for patients.

Just called ror the 4th time to gain guidance on tomorrows ct. No reply. Hung on untill the phone timed out there. 4 times. It is now 3pm.

I went here once for some imaging. it was very clean! and everyone was really friendly. The only thing i didnt appreciate was getting sent to collections for 30 when i work/live literally directly across the street and it would not have been a problem for me to pay it. Not a single phone call nor a bill. just BAM! Sent to collections.
