It would be great if people would stop stealing our parking blocks and ropes we use on our slip, been storing here for over 15 years and this management/owner team does nothing for upkeep of the area, why do we have to do our own ground maintenance? The weeds are 4 feet tall if we don't and security gate is always open? Disappointed by this. People should take more pride and be diligent if they run a business.

I gave the man notice that i'm moving my travel trailer out. He said thanks for the notice so he can rent out my spot 2 months later I ger 2 bills for 2 months with late fees. I have been calling them for 2 weeks. Straight to voicemail and voicemail is full. aggravating.

Yesterday to my father someone stole a blower and a gas can in the storage and the owner said he do not have insure for that and the cameras all cover with palm trees be care full people living your stuff in that storage I personally do not recomend that storage go better to public storage ....

Called Hal several times, sign on gate says vacancy, he said there wasn't anything available but he would check and get back with me. He never did, not very dependable
