This store used to be great! With helpful staff, and friendly and helpful manager! And with a great selection! I used to love going there! But ever since management change this store has gone down! The employees are not motivated, and look quite miserable which i can’t blame them, the manager is extremely rude to them, I witnessed her being extremely rude to one of the employees and walk around with an attitude.

One of my favorite stores to shop but the manager is very selective with her customers. She made it extremely difficult for me to speak to her forcing me to get corporate involved which made her even more rude. Someone like this should not be entitled to treat customers this way let alone hold a position like hers. @Crystal Medina

Place is great but I had issues with jeans i ordered that didn’t fit and the new manager !!Crystal Medina!! was very difficult and wasn’t much help. Had an attitude on the phone with corporate and everything.. so i’d give this place a 5/10, i recommend the store, just not the manager
