I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve been coming here for years and talk baseball with the staff. They are always polite and helpful. Had a Dustin May jersey custom made. It came out great.Cheaper than the MLB shop. They do have a rewards card and have great sales. If you are petite buy from the kids section because it is way cheaper. They do not validate but the mall guest service center will validate your parking so you spent 2 to park. It is Hollywood and that’s cheap for the area.

Meh. Associates only help you when you buy and give you such an attitude when you try to return something. Lost a customer who spends hundreds in Dodger gear annually.

I love hats I own hundreds of them and visit many many hat stores on regular basis and this place here I have been to sevral times and my experiences have not been good at all. I'd rather visit the Dodgers club house on city walk. I encourage you to come over and check them out for your self and write your own review.

Incredible kind and hard workers yet the system set up made me go several days fort the end product to be no wear near what I was looking for. Spent almost 200 in for hats and I maybe will be wearing one of them... I hope the company gives better equipment and systems so the workers can provide better quality. Thanks to everyone I met though
