We ordered the collar primary for off leash recall as we have 3 acres and calling our dog back isnt as easy when hes so far away. I followed the instructions to fit the collar and cut the extra fabric as direct. I made a horrible mistake remembering my dogs neck would grown and it quickly became too small. Customer support was absolutely amazing and is sending us a new one with no hassle !
