Cancel Write Post Post Algonquin Illinois location should be so ashamed of their disrespectful and unprofessional employees. The older man in the photo literally got in my face and yelled at me and the manager refused to do anything and said she didn't see anything even though she was standing next to me. This was over me stating that I didn't think it was right to not allow reruns without posting it anywhere in the store. I hope your review the cameras to see three employees verbally attack me and what I feared may turn physical because the older man was invading my personal space for comfort. I will never use your chain again and highly recommend everyone shop somewhere that has trained professionals. The cashier was named Bailey and the \manager\ was named Amanda. The inappropriate older man refused to give me his name. The Manger also rudely told me I should have asked before I made my purchase about returns and that it was on the receipt... so bascually you don't know until you already have purchased. All three were condescending saying I didn't understand them when clearly they are the ones who do not understand how to speak to people let alone customers.. I will be following up with a complaint to corporate. Maybe instead of being rude Bailey could have completed my exchange so I could leave. He even said he was going to call the police because I was still in the store after closing. I would have gladly left, but he wasn't finished my exchange, had my merchandise I paid for and had a receipt from days before and was going on and on because I told them I was contacting corporate about their behavior.
