Always clean,isles are spacious and neat, stocked on up to date craft items, and better than a warm welcoming is the incredibly kind staff who, no matter the day, smile and ask how you are.. to me that's grade A customer service!

Went there today for Christmas bags etc. around 200 pm Pretty African American girl told me next time I came in to empty my hand basket on the belt and it would make it easier for her. First of all, I believe that's her job. Secondly, I had just experienced a death in my family. Possibly, she needs training on costumer training. It was all I could do was to not cry. I will think twice on shopping here again. So disappointed.
