Very helpful folks dealing with park business. Picked up a season pass and was able to reserve a spot for the next day when the online reservation system was out of places. Plus, there is a train...who doesn't love trains?

Really neat place to take a photo with the train but this is also the most convenient way to get tickets..
Very nice folk and very helpful regarding the Dollywood park as well. Traded in a ticket towards a yearly pass for next year fun there and was able to reserve three spots in the park for that day. All the spots online were taken.
They accept student discount which is awesome. This place is located in a beautiful place. The Academy of Science has everything all in one and kids can be here for hours. It has a globe like rainforest system and below that is the aquarium. They have their exhibits like an earthquake simulation and a rooftop garden section.
Charming picture area. Train is fenced so you cannot board train for pictures.
