Terrible customer service, both on-line chat and on the phone. Rude owner kept repeating \I'm telling you blablabla\. The product sells on their website doesn't meet its description \Long Range operating distance of up to 1000-Feet\ . The product can't function well at 70ft with no object in between monitor and its paired doorbell. They don't responsible for return shipping charges.
