We have been with this club for four years now. The entire coaching team genuinely cares about the kids and want to see them meet their personal goals as divers. The most experienced coaches don’t hesitate to share techniques with newer coaches and this cross training has provided the club with tremendous depth. While the club was experiencing some growing pains when we first joined, the adjustments made over the last 2 years have helped provide more divers with access to the competition teams. The environment I have observed has been safe, positive and supportive. I have watched both my children grow both athletically and personally because of the influence their coaches have had on them. Also, the friendships they have developed within the club will, no doubt, last a lifetime.

Great coaches! Low divers to coach ratios. A tremendous groups of divers
Stephanie Sutton was suspended from USA Diving on July 12, 2018. The whole program is negative and inappropriate toward their athletes. I’m glad that USA Diving was able to find out and do the right thing. We left DDC for these reasons.
