If you have a RV or mobile generator that needs service, this is the place to come! The office staff and service technicians are top notch...friendly, courteous and very efficient. Mark greeted me before I reached the front office, and my appointment time was honored within minutes. George (generator technician) made several useful suggestions regarding my generator's maintenance needs and suggested a schedule for oil changes and filter replacements. The cost was so reasonable I was surprised and thrilled. I'm so happy to have found Don Hillman Inc.!! :-)
I just called them to get a quote on a maintenance plan for a generator that I recently purchased and the customer service was terrible. The person on the phone was impatient and asked me for a lot of information that I did not have handy. When I said that I was going to look for it she was rude and asked me to call her back when I had the information. Great Job Don Hillman! You just lost a potential customer and many referrals.
