Very easy to work. Mr. Wells, Sales Manager, answered all of my questions online. Provided probable value for my trade and set up an appointment convenient for me. When I arrived Mr. Wells introduced me to Nick Taylor who would be my sales person. After spending nearly 6 hours reviewing and driving different models I made a decision and leased a new BMW, Nick did a great job showing me each car, listening to my needs, and adjusting. Bought a 2020BMW X3. Paid extra to have Satellite Radio enabled. Service department wasn’t rude, but I was a tolerable interruption to their day. I also wanted an oil service fir my X5, that was clearly too difficult to manage.Took the x3 back for a two hour appointment and later that day got a call that they were having problems with the electronics, vehicle would need to remain overnight. No word the next day so I called, more trouble they needed a cable to connect to the electronics, they needed a few more days. No word the next week. I became irritated at the delay, but mostly at the lack of communication. I sent notes off to the general manager and the service manager expressing my displeasure. Neither called or wrote back. Service rep did call said a few more days Tuesday will be a month without the vehicle. Still no further updates from them either. If I can’t find another service department, I’ll sell the BMWs and return to Mercedes.
