I am actually Harry's wife Marilyn. We just purchased an SUV. Bolt was our sales representative. We had a wonderful experience with him. He was helpful and efficient and he didn't apply any pressure to buy. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anybody wanting to buy a VW. He definitely gets a 5 star rating. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only concern was some of the staff didn't wear masks and were walking around the dealership. I will have to say that it really surprised me to see that. My husband and I are in a high risk category and the Covid virus is still running rampant and easily spread. That is the one thing that detracted from my overall experience. It seemed very disrespectful of our safety.

From the initial inquiry online, to the handshake at the end.....the entire experience was friendly and professional. Zach Brown (sales) was incredibly helpful, with quick responses and stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. Dan Huber (finance) was also great; straight forward and pleasant during the financial process. I really enjoy the car, and hope to get many years of solid transportation.
