I have had an Alvarez pool for 3 years! He taught us how to maintain the pool and we have been doing it ourselves since the first month. There has been no problem at all with the system and all has been running well for 3 years! He is educated in his profession and understands how to teach his customers about pool care so that your investment is well taken care of. He advises his customers throughout the process and afterwards for excellent customer service! He will guide you through any questions and/or concerns to make sure you not only have a beautiful pool but a great experience that continues even years after! Every bit of advice to help you save money and add life and value to your equipment and pool is what he supports you in accomplishing. Superb customer service from beginning to end and after as well! I am sure I will update my review in 2-3 more years to share the same update! Highly satisfied!
