I wish I could give this place no stars. I called to ask if they had a vehicle I was looking for. The man who answered the phone was very short with me when I told him I was looking for 06-11 civic. He asked me what parts I needed and I told him I need “a lot”. Seeing as I am essentially rebuilding a whole car from the power train to the body I had a very long list of items I was looking for. He was extremely rude to me before I could even specify all the parts I needed and then hung up in my face! This is a salvage yard, all I wanted to know was if there were ANY parts for the vehicle I asked him for. Chances were if there were any I would have bought them ALL! Apparently this place doesn’t care to show common courtesy to its customers nor does it care about making any money. Do yourself a favor and source your parts elsewhere unless you enjoy being dehumanized.

At first the experience wasn't bad. I had called about the part the day before, because I live an hour away They were busy, so waiting is understandable. But one old balding individual, was very rude. One gentleman was working behind the counter, a much younger guy just sitting on his can. When the helpful gentleman was reassuring customers that he was sending out a search party for our parts. He loudly announced, ' we have been open all day!' I arrived at 3 to the establishment, he announced this at 4PM with an hour to close. He never offered to help just sat there being a douch bag. Turns out didn't have the part anyway.
