It couldn't have been more perfect. Its everything I've been looking for. It was very clean. My husband is a germaphobe so this is important. The first thing he does when we arrive anywhere is check for bedbugs. It was good. No bugs in the kitchen either. There were centipedes. Hubby brought own spray and they were gone the rest of the visit. It is deep country and this is to be expected. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffeepot, stove, microwave, fridge, and every kind of gadget you could need. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and plenty of towels. It's a piece of heaven!

Clean. Beautiful best place for family fun. Owners are very nice people. FAMILY vacation a must. 3 young men and 2 of us women had time vacation to Remer. Lots of great memories. The price is very affordable. Fishing at its finest, Swimming very safe. Tubing. Canoeing, lounge on the sand beach. All within 200 feet of our cabin. Perfect get away. We Will Be Back.

An amazing place to stay. Went there a lot as a child and am so happy to be able to take my child there almost yearly. The people who run it as so sweet and friendly. They will help you with anything you need. Just a beautiful place to stay. The cabins are fully stocked, all you gotta bring is food.

If you're looking for a remote, small place to enjoy the North Fork of the White River, Lost Cabins is the place to go. My son, daughter, and I spent three nights in the \Green Bird\ duplex cabin. It's rustic but comfortable, complete with kitchen and utensils. We also rented a canoe and a kayak from Lost Cabins. We started both of our floats from the Lost Cabins gravel bar, and enjoyed both the \long float\ to Blair Bridge and the \short float\ to the CC Bridge. Our ride was waiting for us on time on both days at the takeout spots. I would definitely go back. The tent camping spots also looked nice, and a showerhouse is available for campers.

This place is off the beaten path. Very neat if you don’t want anything fancy. Very nice but simple little cabins on a beautiful spot where the North Fork River and Spring Creek come together. The owners are very nice and have canoes for rent. The cabins are furnished with made beds, silverware and dishes, and clean towels in the bathroom.
