Laboy and team delivered a first class experience. Beyond responsive in project scoping and planning and then the actual installation work was done in a fully high finish and five star manner. If we ever need to install home av again - even if we need to fly these guys in - we will work with AHT. They are the best.

I had been thinking about updating our family room/media room in suburban Philadelphia for some time and finally elected to move forward. Initially, I got a quote from one company and just went with that to keep it easy; for a variety of reasons the project with them floundered (COVID, manufacturing issues, etc). This gave me the occasion to take a step back, get a number of proposals from different companies and really better define my goals with the project. In total, I got quotes from 4 companies and, far and away, AHT Philadelphia was the best fit for me. They were incredibly professional right from the start. They really studied the space and helped me define my goals without ever trying to up-sell me. They were extremely thoughtful in the solutions they offered and brought their wealth of experience to bear for my project. You could tell they have done projects of all scales but never made me feel like my project wasn’t worth their full energy/time. They developed an incredibly thoughtful solution for ventilation, equipment noise, automation and space by moving a lot of the equipment to a rack under the family room. The quality of their workmanship was impeccable. The rack is a work of art (I think of myself as extremely meticulous and they easily surpassed my expectations!) The equipment works flawlessly in the space and I really can’t say enough how happy I am with the final product. They were always receptive to questions and concerns. They were always readily available. I have no doubt that I will be using AHT Philadelphia again in the near future with other home automation projects. I can’t thank James, Stace and the whole AHT team enough for helping me realize my family/media room vision. Now that I’ve gotten a taste of home automation I have no doubt we’ll be working together soon to automate the rest of the house!

They do a great install, are totally professional and stand by the quality of their work. They will fix any issue in a timely fashion and always get to the bottom of the problem. I’ve worked with them for years and would highly recommend them if you’re planning to install a Crestron system.
