We’ve been complaining about one particular machine in our building over the year. Every time we call and explain someone has already been out and it still fails, their response is to send someone out again. I’ve wasted time, money and energy with no resolution except to not use that particular machine In our building. Since our building doesn’t have many machines as it is, it’s very inconvenient. Now all of sudden we are being notified that their rates are going up 25 cents per machine. Considering that machines are not newer , or working better - we are getting ripped off. Can’t wait until our building ends the contract with this company. Steer away.

My landlord recently contracted this company and so far so good. The machines are a little outdated but they serve their purpose and at least they work better than the previous ones that were always breaking down. We have the option of using coins or the App. Until recently, I was still using coins but then someone jammed the coin slot on the dryer and as we only have the one, I had no choice but to download the app. It works great and it's very easy. You have to load a minimum of 10 and as our machines are only 1.50, now we don't have to worry about money for laundry because the 10 will last a long time.

They do come out and try to fix the issue but it is isn't fixed after you complain several times. In my case I live in Horizons West Bldg3 and the machines are old and need replacement on all floors. We have been waiting for months for replacement, so we have been patiently waiting. 10/2020

I had an issue with my machine at my apartments. I believe I was charged twice. When I called to ask about it Rick helped me and was AWSOME! He refunded what I lost and made my day so much easier. Thank you Rick!

For The Kings Amusement

Dryer was making a funny noise while operating so I didn't want to continue to use it. Needed to finish drying and though its just a 1.50 I called to see if I could get it back. Rick, the service rep was not only knowledgeable, but also courteous and cool. After a few simple questions (I'm sure to make sure I was an actual client) Rick was able to guide me thru the process and I got my money back. I was happy with these machines before, but now even more. Great jib with customer service, Commercial Laundries. Rick is a real asset.
