Worst quality ever! most of the parts are galvanized and regular steel bolts. All the lights are regular not Led. The wiring it’s very poorly designed. No spare tire included. I bought this continental trailer with my new Keywest boat at the dealership 2 years a go. My boat it brand new sitting on the same age Trailer that it’s falling in part for all the corrosion. I don’t understand why a trailer that its built in South Florida a have regular steel and galvanized part instead of everything being sumergibles LEDs, aluminum and stainless steel parts. For the price! I wouldn’t recommend this product at all to anyone.

Phil and the guys over at Continental are incredible people and great trailer builders! I ordered A trailer thru a dealer and the dealers specs ended up leaving me with a tongue Light trailer. I talked To Phil over at the Continental shop and he assured me they would get my trailer taken care of and made perfect. I dropped The trailer and boat off wed afternoon and picked it up Friday morning! He saved my Father’s Day surprise trip to Tampa to take my dad fishing! Not only did he get the trailer perfectly weighted, he setup an awesome bow roller that would be much better then the one the dealer ordered from them on my behalf. I wish I could Thank them a hundred times over. I’ve never had a trailer this nice for my little skiff and now we are going to be going all over on adventures! Thanks guys!
Bought a brand new 10K boat trailer 4 months ago for our Contender in Florida. We live in Michigan. Reverse solenoid failed. I would have just purchased this part anywhere online if the solenoid had identifying markings on it. This part did not. With trailer model number and serial number in hand with Continental customer service, Continental was not able to provide the part itself, OR any direction to find the part, and would not provide any warranty. My dealer was not able to identify the part either. There is no local dealer in our state. Trial and error now I guess..... I purchased a Continental because they have a reputation for a quality product and a good name brand. Although I am pleased with the overall quality of the trailer, I am very displeased with with the level of service. Looking back I would suggest people to not spend the extra money on a Continental and find a lesser known company that builds quality trailers (there are many).
Purchased a brand new continental trailer in August 2018 (Less than 2 years ago). The trailer has had very little usage since the boat was sitting in dry storage for almost a year. A couple of months ago all the starboard (right side of the trailer) lights stopped functioning. Continental does not seem to have an official policy on electrical/wiring and therefore not covering any repairs. I expected the company to stand behind their work but they are not. I would not recommend this company.
Just recently bought a continental trailer rated 10,000 pounds boat. The worst trailer ever.... I pacifically told the dealer not to make the trailer with an overhang, the trailer came with the overhang over 6”. From the first time I launch the boat the winch post weld started cracking I got to the point that the weld is cracking all around because the winch post is not rated for the 10,000 pound boat. The 7 pin Connector harness didn’t reach my truck. Lucky they give me the harness. I chose this company because it’s been for a very long time making trailers and it end up being the worst trailer ever. I’m very disappointed.
