Extremely fast shipping and great customer service from them. I had an issue with my printer the first week and I had an employee talk me through the steps on how to fix my issue. Ink looks great on the frosting sheets and they’re higher quality than other competitors. It’s a true white which is an absolute need when printing. I’m tired of dry yellow sheets from others! They’re my new suppliers for anything edible!!

Bad quality ink, will clog your printers! So first the order was delayed because they sent it to an address of another state, how is that possible?! Their ink is clogging up & creating stringy gunk, it messed up a printer head, we bought a new one (70!) & after a few prints again it clogged! It also clogged up 2 new eco tank printers! Ink: 120 Printers: 500 This is disgusting!
