Someone is always available to assist. The work environment is very organized. Sales and promotions are also promoted by the employees. The associates are knowledgeable concerning the products the company supply. Over all they are well staffed and their work is done with precision.

Adi in my opinion has the best inventory in the Atlanta low voltage arena. The size of the company is a down fall for them. Once everyone becomes a number, no amount of inventory can make up for that feeling. Still a great resource.

Very low quality service. I called to find out only about the availability of the product (I didn't need the price or any recommendations or technical support). The operator allegedly recorded a number of the item and said that he will call my contractor to tell him whether this item is in stock or not, because he can't discuss anything about the product with homeowners. When I asked him to repeat the number that he has recorded, he just hung up and my calls were no longer answered (thanks to caller-ID). He was not going to call my contractor and just lied to me.
