Wes came to our office in person with a great sales pitch. Not a year into our contract, we would have drivers not deliver our uniforms, drivers who would deliver some of our uniforms. It varied week to week. We would add employees, the uniforms were never delivered but my card was charged. Months later to receive the credit. Absolute terrible service. We have less than 10 employees with uniforms. Emails and emails and texts and phone calls later, the contract is breach and we no longer do business with Alsco.
You guys need to train your salesman how to come into a business and properly sell your product. Just because I told one of your guys I wasn’t interested he had the audacity to ask me if I’m the owner and if I even care about the environment....Completely unprofessional!
In my opinion this company is full of crooks!!! I am a small business that negotiated a fair price with them. Apparently in their contract buried in the fine print is the fact that they can raise prices any time they want to and there's no way for me to end this contract early. I'm seriously contemplating going to court!!! Anybody contemplating dealing with these jokers, make sure you have your lawyer review and amend their standard contract. Again, in my opinion they are a bunch of crooks. My prices have almost doubled in 6 months......
