Had an axle issue on my com-fab which was a few months out of warranty (mainly due to bumpy roads & potholes in rural AL) While getting towed onto the rollback truck the stress caused a small bend in the frame. Com-fab still honored their warranty and sent a new trailer, great customer service! Buy from these guys
Awesome customer service, needed a part for my trailer and was able to call and get it easily! Great trailer that has lasted me for years
Poor customer service that doesn't get back to you for weeks at a time. I don't expect an instant reply to questions, but please at least get back to me within 48 hrs. I ended up buying a trailer from a different manufacturer.
