The time I went in to buy a part was probably during their busy time frame and it was also just days before Christmas, this is a great place to get hard to find parts for just about any home appliance you may have. My suggestion: call with the model number of the part(s) you need so they can order it for you if they do not have it in stock.

Needed a thermal fuse for my Kenmore dryer and didn't want to wait a week for Amazon to deliver one, placed a phone order during the COVID-19 emergency and picked it up 7 minutes later from the warehouse. They typically have a lot of parts in stock and don't take very long to locate them for you. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have what you're looking for, this isn't the kind of place you can really \go browse\ around as it's more of a warehouse feel with a giant help desk. You can look around, it's just a somewhat limited store front compared to all the things they keep in the back section. The service is good though, very quick, efficient, and accurate.
