Haven’t moved here just spoke with leasing office about living here they have very great customer service just by speaking with one of the agents today her name was ericka if I’m not mistaking she is great

I have been living here for a year now and it has been a great experience. The leasing staff has been AMAZING, especially thought this pandemic. They went out of their way to provide resources for rental assistance and really worked hard for the residents. Everyone at the leasing office is always helpful and friendly, you can see that they really care about the community and the residents. The apartments are very quiet, haven't had any issues. Maintenance is prompt with repairs. Another good thing is that they notify you of any abnormalities that occurs such as a power outage, if a water pipe bursts, etc. I haven't had any roach problems at all so if someone does then they need to reevaluate their cleaniness. There are DeKalb Police officers that live on the property so that also makes it even safer. I only have good things to say about Shadow Lake, it's been a great experience here!

I’m a new resident, today I’ve been here a month & I have nothing but good things to say. MOVE HERE !! My entire move-in process was so accommodating. Erika did everything possible to get me what I wanted when I wanted. Between getting my unit ready in a timely manner (under a time crunch), to sending me pictures of my unit & paperwork, checking on my move-in, & bringing me a welcome plant, Covid-19 couldn’t even stop them from moving me in. Erika is absolutely amazing; so sweet, friendly, honest, and just a genuine person. Which is exactly what you need when looking for a new home. Since I’ve been here both her & Luz have been fantastic, so happy I made the choice to move here.
