Consistently a day or more late and sometimes don't pick up trash at all. The people who answer the phone just give you the run around and say to call back another day. If there was any other trash service jn my area, I'd switch no matter the price.
I requested a bulk pickup of sectional twice. It's been almost 2 month waiting now. I scheduled twice for the same sectional sofa sitting in front of my home. It always takes a minimum of 20 min plus to get to an associate. The voicemail option doesn't work when pressing #2. I just have had to put them on speaker and go about my day to reach anyone. I wish we had waste pick options in the county because this company is not cutting it.
I have been waiting since last Wednesday's pick up for my recyclables to be picked up and as of today going on week two they have yet to pick up our recyclables. I have been calling every day and getting the same response that they are reporting it and someone will come out the next day but no one is showing up. They even had the audacity to say that they did come out on Tuesday and that the trash can was not there. That was a blatant lie. I really wish we had a different trash company to deal with.
You're running a Monopoly! Thought that was Illegal. Plus, You can't even do a good job. Please start picking up the recyclables that you leave all over my yard, my neighbor's yard, and all down the street so far as the eye can see!! Wow - still doing it.
