THEY HAVE BEEN HELPING US KEEP OUR SKYTRAKS RUNNING, FUELING THEM ON JOBSITES, WHILE WE WORK HARD TO GET SOME OF THE SCHOOLS PUT BACK TOGETHER FOR THE STUDENTS, FACULTY, AND FAMILIES THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THE STORM. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE READY TO HELP WITH PROMT SERVICE, EVEN ON SUNDAYS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Horrible Service. Ripoff. Unethical. Unprofessional. I sent my truck in with a faulty starter a few month back. All that had to be done is a new starter had to be picked up from the local store and replaced on my truck. This guys picked up the starter, no problem. But, when things came to replacing the starter, the guy looked like he was just learning how to replace a starter on a 2015 Cascadia. Every few minutes he had to go back to the manual and study it. And he charges per hour rate. I didn't say anything about it and just paid my bill. A day later my battery was dead because this dude \forgot\ to connect the ground wire back in place, so I had to pay 600 to get that fixed in IL. After making multiple attempts to get reimbursed for it, I got nowhere and ended up eating up the full 1400(800600) bill by my self. Three month later, today, the starter broke again. Stay away if you can.
Very reasonable pricing and excellent work.. I'll continue to get my KW serviced here.

Brought in my Trailer and they got it repaired in that same period corona Virus took over the business I talk to the boss and he allowed me to park my trailer Till I was ready to get it. A shop that understands Owner Operators. Thanks
