Woman named brandy called me and said I had to pay 150 To renew my DOT number or I’m going to get fined 10,000 by the fed motor company. I told her I know it’s free and I’m not out of compliance because my DOT number ends in 7 so it’s not due until July of every odd numbered year. She then said the regulations changed in April & that she handles all the accounts that are “flagged for fines”. I asked if she worked with DOT and she said yes she works with them to get everyone in compliance. Very misleading and false information please do your own research and don’t fall for this scam.
I 100% trust this place under the management of Stephanie Newsom. I worked here when this place first started, under the management of Brandy Gillespie. Brandy was NOT honest and trained others to be dishonest and to get your business by any means necessary. She and her dishonest representatives have LEFT THE BUILDING!. Stephanie understands the goal should be to earn your business and trust, not to threaten you into it. She also has REAL experience in the trucking industry, and CARES about the clients. She does not use the tactics of the former management and will be transparent with you. Her and her team can and will be a valuable asset to your company, as they help prevent you from receiving fines and stay up to date with the constantly changing regulations as well as correspondence with the FMCSA for your paperwork. PLEASE consider using an honest company in this situation, as there are so many others that do not value or respect our essential workers like Mrs. Newsom and her team does.

Keep receiving calls and text messages from this company when I never used their services. When I requested to have my number removed from their database so they stop calling me, the woman requested payment in order to do that. Is that even legal!!!
