We're working with Arnold Lairmore (sales engineer at Doty Mechanical) on finalizing all of the details for our HVAC work and it's been a great experience. We're doing a major remodel of our 1950s property and we need extensive HVAC work. We're first-time remodelers and we don't have a general contractor so we're figuring out a lot of details on our own. Arnold Lairmore has answered all of our questions and he's really taken the time to explain things to us. He's incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We're so pleased with the service he's provided. We're looking forward to moving forward with Doty Mechanical for our HVAC work, especially after a couple of negative estimate experiences with other HVAC companies in town.
