It was nice sitting at the bar again. The margarita and mule were the best I've had. They used fresh ingredients including the mix. The ceviche was steelhead trout which I've never had but it was amazing. I liked that it was spicy too. I also had a cheeseburger and it was amazing. The vibe was cool and it was a busy Friday night.

Wow! Delicious! Even the chips and salsa were above expectations. Everything we had was delicious. Not your average tacos and burger place. I highly recommend and I'll be back for sure.
Stopped in late on a Tuesday, about 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. They were very welcoming and assured us it was no rush. The restaurant and bar are beautiful and comfortable. We sat the bar and each ordered a burger, which were fantastic. Fries and Mac N Cheese were excellent as well. The beer list had a nice variety of local craft brews, and the bar menu and selection looked good as well. We look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
This place is fantastic!! Food is so fresh, love that it is farm to table locally. Our waiter Michael was amazing, super nice, took his time to really explain all aspects of the menu and even give some history on the restaurant it self. Will most definitely be back again!!

Came here with some friends and had a really awesome time. Waitstaff were quick, patient and very friendly. I also enjoyed the southwestern theme and how they managed to execute it in a very classy manor. The drinks were excellent and quick to arrive, and the food was equally excellent. I had a Pink Dove and the American Mule, both were well mixed and presented in solid drinkware and both were delicious. Their nachos were also outta this world and the pork tacos I had were really delicious. I would post a picture of the tacos but I forgot to take one because they looked so good! Will definitely be going again as soon as possible.
I've been here like 4 or 5 times in like 1 month. I've tried something different on the menu everytime and everything has been delicious. Their Mezcal Mule might be the best cocktail I've ever had. I don't know if employees get free food/drinks ever, but if they did I might quit my job in IT to work at this mecca of tacos and tequila.
First the pros: food was outstanding, staff was friendly, and the restaurant was well appointed. Cons: inebriated guests whose banging on the table, shouting, and wandering around unmasked wasn't enough to oust them. (Though other patrons chose to remove themselves). In fact, they continued to be served multiple rounds of shots during the hour we were there. They outlasted us. Kudos on staying power. This wasn't the experience I was expecting based on price point, time in history, and a previous experience with pork belly here that was pretty good. Bummer.
