I've been with Doug Smith since 2014. 133,000 miles later, my 2005 Forester still strong, ready anytime and any conditions. Dan Kay (my advisor) helps me to check what needs to be done on my 2005 Forester. Before Thanksgiving 2020, I did the Complementary check up cause I need to drive to Cali. The inspection showed that I need to replace my rear breaks. Set appointment and go. During a thorough second inspection, Dan noticed that my brakes can go for another 30,000 miles. Thank you, Dan, for keeping my 2005 Forester safe and save my wallet as well. My visit cost me 0 and I drove back home from Cali already. Smooth and fun ride.

I have never had a bad experience at Doug Smith Subaru. The service department is extremely helpful. They always answer my questions and provide amazing customer service. This last visit, Tracy sent me a video showing the inspection of my tires and the undercarriage of my car. It was great being kept in the loop. I also received multiple texts while I was waiting keeping me updated on my car. Everyone needs a Tracy in their life!
Purchased a new Subaru Forester from them in 2017 and the experience was great. I was in again today to fix a recall for AC condenser and the experience was once again great. They attended to me as soon as I arrived, they were on time and professional and got a Lyft for me to take back home when the servicing was going to take 3-4 hours. I would highly recommend them if you are interesting in purchasing a new or used Subaru or if you need parts or service. Shout out to Dan for providing great service today!
The first thing I noticed at the dealership was how calm it was. Everyone was busy, but not hurried. Blaine Brady, our sales associate, was patient with all my questions and went above and beyond in finding me the Forester I wanted—twice! The entire process was calm and easy. Dempsey at Doug Smith Subaru was fantastic. He was very helpful, informative, and patient, and put no pressure on us whatsoever. We were able to get a great certified pre-owned car well within our budget, and because it was certified, we got a phenomenal rate on financing--even better than the great rate we've been preapproved for by our credit union. We'll be adding a towing hitch soon, and I look forward to working with the dealership again in the future. A neighbor and two co-workers had recommended Doug Smith, and I'm so glad we went there.
PABLO MY MAN! He was the person that walked me into the door, and from the first step in to the last step out, he helped out with every step of the process. There's no financial back office or any sketchy reps, just him as a friend all the way through. One of the most painless processes of buying a car. I bought a 2021 Manual Crosstrek, and although they did not have it in stock, Pablo and crew really helped push for my car, and even went to trading one in. They kept me up to date the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough, and every other review is a testament to how well they work. Thanks Pablo and crew!
My car needed two recalls fixed. I was so impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff were. I was helped by Dale. He was so helpful and so friendly. My car was taken in as soon as I arrived. I was also given a loaner car for the few hours that it took to repair my recalls. It was a very nice loaner car. My car was finished an hour and a half quicker than expected. They even washed my car! I would go to Doug Smith Subaru again and recommend them to others in a heart beat. So impressed with all of the staff I interacted with! Dale was amazing!
