I am a hard working man who used this company to replace the ac unit for my mother. Although I am pleased with the service that was provided. The price I was quoted and the quote was confirmed(no extra services needed) when my card was charged it was almost 600 more than I was quoted. That is a big jump from 5800 to 6300. I feel I was taken advantage of and no one at the company wants to get this issue resolved! This is frustrating because I was told one price once everything was final, but once I gave my card information there were other charges that I did not agree to. Be careful with giving this company for card information, and go over all fees!

I was a new customer for DHC and they were recommended to me by my neighbor. They came to me in another county within 2 hours the same day I called. I knew I was probably going to need to replace my ancient AC unit. I was given the option to repair but it would be expensive and I chose to get a new unit. In 2 days technicians were there to install my new unit. I had one small issue with my thermostat and they were there the next morning to correct it. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to call on them again, or recommend them to a friend. Regarding the lender issues some have complained about, maybe DHC can explain that the lender may have additional charges beyond their control. My bottom line is that DHC was fair and above board with me and I was not charged a penny more than my quote.
