Good service, friendly staff! On a side note, make sure you check your purchases! Unfortunately, had a mug that I bought for my wife, got it home and had to bring it back and exchanged it for another. Staff was very helpful and very understanding! Thanks for getting me the best service possible under the circumstances!

Not Good, lots of overpriced cheap merchandise, that they marked it up 100% and them put 60% off to make people think they are getting a good deal. No wonder they are on their way out. I saw their CEO on the CNBC channel, he thinks he is going to compete with Amazon. Good Luck !

Very dirty, and the bathrooms were awful. I understand that they are going out of business, however, and may be very shorthanded. Not what we've experienced at other Shopko stores, though.

They hardly have anything good. Nice staff, that's about it.

Sad to see it closing but it isnt that surprising. Shopko tends to set up shop specifically in towns where there isnt a bigger competitor. While convenient for some things (e.g., electronics, like others mentioned), I think it is too much a norm in Wyoming for folks to just drive another hour or so for a town with bigger competitors (and lower prices). The strategy might still work if maybe the store were smaller and products were more concentrated. One example is all the pricey TVs this shopko kept on hand in the Douglas location. I dont have access to their official analytics and such but i suspect they mightve sold more smartphone accessories, electronics adapters, hdmi cables and such than tvs and consoles.

Was going out of business but prices were higher at up to 60% off than they were every other time I'd been there. Disappointing!

The manager would not let my husband return a3 Christmas light up necklace after we just spent 177.00 on decorations and gifts because we have made 5 exchanges/returns within the last year. He told her we spend alot of money here and she said you always says say that alot of people spend money here. She is a disrespectful c#%@ everytime we have had to deal with her. Ugly attitude and uglier face.
