Recently purchased a home with a pool. Contacted Brown's Pools & Spas for service and Lane Brown came out. This is a young man that truly understands the art of customer service. Lane is TOP NOTCH...very professional, great attitude, great attention to detail, very helpful with information and explanation of how to take care of pool. Lane is a great guy who does his job very well. I would highly recommend him for your pool needs. He represents the company very well.

Ripped me off. Guaranteed they would know it was a faulty mother board before they replaced. 1000 later turns out it was the T cell. I have been fighting with them for months about it. Everytime they tell me they will get back with me in a couple days and NEVER do. Then another demand letter arrives. This goes for service manager Rick (or Rich) and the big boss Tim. Rick says it was fair because he waived the service fee for the second visit, only a couple days later. How gracious of you to waive the fee since you DIDN'T repair it! I have texts of all this and happy to provide anyone before you use them for service. Go elsewhere. I'll be following up with the CEO of the company if possible. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Tim, if both of the parts needed replacing WHY did your repairman leave without replacing both? Replacing the mother board didn't correct it, not even for a minute. He should have replaced both if that were the case. Brown's installed this pool, I've always gone to your stores. Over 60k spent at your business for you to treat me this way. This is such bad business practice. You'll never get my money again.

Harold was great. We didn’t have a truck to pick up new above ground pool stairs and he drove out after a long day of work in the evening and picked up our old stairs and delivered the new ones. He even did this free of charge in his personal truck. He is the store manager so it was awesome that he did it himself and delivered on his promise when all his other workers left to go home. We will definitely be returning.

Lane Brown is an exceptional pool tech. He consistently goes over and beyond the job. My pool and surrounding area are always cleaned properly. He notifies us when he’s on the way and if his schedule changes. He is dependable and has an excellent work ethic. I have worked with other pool technicians in the past and none come close. To top it all off he’s down to earth and easy to talk to. I recommend this company and tech to all.

Paid 39,000 for low quality work and bad attitudes. My loan was 39,000 and Brown's was supposed to return the difference at the end but they never did. I have ridges in the concrete under my liner which is damaging the liner, cracks in the concrete decking around the stairs, mud clods right under the surface of the concrete. They don't care and ignore me. The building process was horrible. Employees were rude and did not listen to what I wanted. They say they have a warranty but when it came time, I was told they can't warranty if I'm not buying my chemicals from them. There are more things I could tell you about but I don't want to write a book. Horrible!
