Officer Hoxie was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to talk, he answered every text and he was very positive. I am so grateful that he was the probation officer that we had. If we would have had anyone else, things would not have turned out in our favor as it did. This gentleman cares for his community and he truly wants to make a difference daily.
