Crooks.. I gave them a necklace of mine to be fixed and 2 weeks later, no phone calls or nothing. Went to the store and the gates were closed. Tried calling and no one answers.....I’m pretty sure they stole my 800 necklace. And the worse part is they actual fixed it before and gave it back but not this time. DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING

I got married few months ago and it was hard to find a wedding band that will match my engagement ring until I walk in to this place and the minute I saw that ring I folded in love . James who help us out was amazing, he help me with every single detail. Thank you so much

These guys are awesome! I have purchased jewelry with the same owners for about 8 years now. They always have great quality but also I can afford it! They also are very personable. Love just going in to say hey! Thanks guys for Your A customer service!

Lied about earrings being real diamond saying it’s a diamond chip and put a diamond tester on it and it wouldn’t even test as a diamond after I bought it and said “no refunds”

Update as of today 10/23/2020 I still don’t have my ring and further a charge of 499.00 was additional placed on my fiancé’s card for an item we never purchased; why would we buy anything from this deplorable store. I was recently told by a female worker that the store did not keep records on purchases so they couldn’t help. If I save one person from getting screwed this year’s long post was worth it. It’s July 4th update- I wish I could give this place 0. Well I was finally given a ring and it wasn’t mine. I even notched the inside of my ring so I knew. The lady that worked there, apparently the only employee of the store, told me to take it anyway. I was like but it’s not mine and she said I don’t care take it anyway. She told me she could send my receipt and my ring to main headquarters and I said well where is that headquarters located and She said I don’t know. Please never buy from these people. They are dishonest, and have poor customer service skills not to mention unethical practices. Buyer beware June post- I had to get married without my ring. I dropped my ring for sizing over 2 months back and I called over 150 times, and yes I’ve kept track. Then we went in person and they are never open. I have a feeling we got screwed Buyer beware Christy and David. I tried again last night to see if they were open and they were not. All the business around diamond jewelers said they are never open anymore.
