I have been in this community for one year and they have always made sure I was safe. We may be a small community but we try to help one another. When repairs is needed to be complete, they came immediately upon request. They addressed any concerns that I have in the trailer I reside. Last but not least, they make sure they make sure it's safe upon the children getting on the school bus in the morning and offer snacks when the children get off the school bus upon returning home. Thank you Golden Valley management team for being family oriented community.

The place was falling apart and it took forever to get any repairs done. The toilets you had to hold down the flusher.
I have been living here for almost 2 years.. It's terrible having ANYTHING done in this trailer I've been living with mold and roaches for the longest.. Then the head maintence man wants to blame the mold on me saying its from cooking... Ummm why is it in EVERY room then.... They offer to move me to another trailer but the rent will jump 200... Like really its not my fault!!!
