This family owned and operated business is amazing! If you have any pool repairs,replacing liner,parts,getting accessories,pool upkeep, daily care, checking your chemicals,pool service, opening and closing pools, this is your place to go! We recently had to replace our liner, it was a serious leak, they were here right away, changed our liner out and our pool light, it looks so amazing! We learned alot from them too, they are professional,kind,helpful,knowledgeable,affordable and the entire staff was so good to us. We will be getting our pool even more accessories from LT Pools, we can't wait!. Thank you , The Castanedas
I cannot speak to the quality of their work as I was never privileged enough to get them to do any work for me. For about a week I called them and left messages and no one ever called me back and no one answered the phone. Against my better judgment I decided to go to their retail store to talk to someone. I had heard they had great prices and I just wanted someone to inspect my pool and tell me how much it would cost to get it up and running. Well, two gentlemen came to my home and they didn’t even introduce themselves to me. They spent all of 15 minutes at my home looking at the pool and talking to my husband and myself. They said they would call me with a final price but that was over a week ago and I haven’t heard a word about my pool or if they could do the work. I’m only left to assume that they don’t want my business. I’m going to go with Brown’s Pools because although the estimate was higher than what I’ve been told LT Pools would charge, the customer service was above and beyond anything that I experienced with LT Pools. I’m very disappointed in their quality of service.

Very friendly and professional. All I have to do is bring in my water to be tested or pictures of what’s wrong. They tell me exactly what I need to do or buy to get my pool up and running.
