Got my info for covid19 test, could not submit. All about money and your information. Then you are on your own. So I decide to do what I have to do. All about the money or get your information and they send it to Fed or insurance company. I am not going to bother with testing any more. We all are in the same boat. Many of these like me out there. No job, No insurance And still waiting for pandemic Assistance. All the talking they are doing is nothing. This covid19 is not going to end. Not until lies are put aside. People are determined to spread it. No musk or social distancing. Let's see then. Love of money? Think of your self. Because it will get you regardless of your title, position and etc. How about your loved ones? Common sense.

This used to be a decent place to go. Today (3/17/2020 10am) the PA was very rude and condescending. I was the second person to sign in and waited over an hour to be told she couldn't help me. The RN was very nice (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1) but I won't be back. Don't go here unless you want to be talked down to by a very uncaring care giver.

By far the worst experience, I've been to this same location several times. The long wait and poor service isn't worth it. The NP Elise didn't know what she was talking about. Very belittling and insulting as well as unapologetic. Will not visit again.

Whoever is in charge of staffing at this clinic needs to be held accountable or send in a secret shopper so they can witness the terrible service we have all endured at this place. The fact that the nurse has zero empathy means she lacks the proper credentials to be on the medical field. Has anyone called Corporate? I'd be happy to since I see it is an ongoing issue the nurse feels comfortable with.

This isn't the place to go when you're sick and looking for relief. I paid 164.00 total for a negative rapid strep test and a thermometer in my ear. Self diagnosing on Google is even easier and it's FREE.
