I found this place by chance and I'm so glad I did. I needed urgent care and was in a significant amount of pain. They accepted me as a walk in and within a short amount of time I was already speaking with the doctor. The nurse was thorough too. The doctor gave me his card and told me to call him on his cell phone if I needed anything. Outstanding! I highly recommend this place and I'm healing up well already.

When I first was seen in this clinic I thought the doctor was somewhat harsh and uncaring, however the next day the doctor himself actually called to check up on me and make sure I was doing better which showed me he really did care about my health and progress. He took the time to carefully show me how to care for my wounds in order to heal my infection and have the best outcome. He is a “old-school” doctor; he is very knowledgeable and really does care about his patients.The nurses were very nice to me. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
This is the worst urgent care or health care facility I ever been to. I came in for issues with my tonsils and he barely looked at my throat and ears and told me to put my mask back on i was contagious. He said i had an ear infection and my throat looked infected and walked out. I had to follow him out the room and asked if it's strep. He said yes and he was calling in a prescription for antibiotics. How can you diagnose me with strep without doing any kind of testing and looking at my tonsils for all of 30 seconds? He didn't give me any paperwork about my diagnosis or instructions. I left with nothing. And he sent the prescription to the wrong damn pharmacy. He should not be allowed to practice medicine or see patients.
Omg! First visit ... My daughter injured her ankle. The staff was welcoming & the doctor was great. I have to admit our experience at Prime was 5 star. In & out!
Quick wait, nice staff and doctor! Bonus points for being the only Urgent Care to accept babies under age 2!
