I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Russ at the Douglasville location as I shopped for my client. Ms. Russ was very patient and provided great options as it related to the delivery turnaround time. Never the less, Ms. Russ was extremely professional and took her time explaining what to expect going forward. If your in the market for new furniture definitely ask for Ms. Russ good service sometimes seems hard to come by these days and she’s definitely proved them wrong! Thanks Again!

I was all over the place today looking for good and affordable sofa, rooms to go have some good furniture but it's pretty expensive. I saw their store on my way home from Ashley furniture, their name sounds like a thrift store to me and I decided to do a U-turn just to go check them out but not now... I can't afford to buy similar things I saw in Ashley furniture that high price. The rep that attended to was good and willing to help the customers.

NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order with this store on December 13, 2017 for a Christmas gift that was scheduled to be delivered on the 23rd. Had not heard from them the day before scheduled delivery so I called to inquire of the time. I was told that the delivery date was magically changed to the 27th with no reason or explanation of how or why that happened. When they first delivered the set they had only a portion of it on the truck and were supposed to be back that same day...they never showed back up and I had to call to find out what was going on. Once I finally got everything delivered it was damaged: scratches and a white film that wouldn't come off the dresser, rails and headboard chipped to the wood, tables knocked and dinged up...it was bad Well it is 3 months later and the issue is still not resolved Headboard and rails are still damaged they keep bringing more damaged furniture to replace the damaged furniture I have. In addition, it has cost me for Saturdays waiting on delivery, a broken front door and some of my wife's clothes (taken in a eplacement\ that turned out to be more damaged). I have talked to the managers of this location to no avail (they say customer service, who never calls you, will call). To seal the deal the most recent customer service rep/supervisor implied that we are the problem. Absolutely unfettered by the poor product and service provided, the utter disrespect it shows to us and our time and not even the slightest hint of a sense of urgency to make it right. This has been an experience that is both unacceptable and tells you a lot about who Rooms to Go is. Never again. Never again.
