Called to fix an IPhone 6s on a Sunday. They said they could if there by 4. We got there in plenty of time. It's not even a business . It's in a apartment complex and when we called to say we think we are here the guy said by appointment only and refused us service. Forget that SCAMMER!!! 70 Mile drive to a CRACKHOUSE!!!
Called and spoke to a gentleman who owns the number listed in the google search on Monday. Very professional and was happy to schedule an appointment on Thursday morning at 8am. Told him I would text him my information and he said that was fine. Sent him very detailed information including the appointment time and repair needed. Sent a reminder text on Wednesday at 9:05am. His read receipts are on so I know he saw the message but I received no response. Thursday at 7:54am I asked if he was still coming. No response. He reads the message at 8:15am and still no response. I'm a company who has many cell phones that I would have loved to be able to use this gentleman. But I have no need to use a business who doesn't value communication in customer service.
First let me give you some backstory. I called him he made room for me on the same day. I gave him the phone and was hours late to pick it up. He was very calm, understanding and professional about. The phone when we got it was amazing. It looked as if it was done at an apple store. Also the most shocking and wonderful part was that he put on a GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR FREE! I absolutely will be back for any and all repairs ! Thank you so much for being so professional and providing amazing service !
